Refund Policy Details

At Keep It Tidy, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

• To start a return, email us at info@keep-it-tidy.co.uk.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process the refund within 14 days, though we strive to do it sooner.

• If you don’t receive your refund after 14 days, check your bank and contact your card provider. You will receive an email once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used grooming products (for hygiene reasons)

• Perishable goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, or software products.

Exchanges
